I'm a design lead and researcher passionate about creating a world with more belonging, compassion, and joy. As a researcher, I lead with inquiry and by holding space for complexity; as a designer, I guide teams through clarifying, experimenting, and creating new futures.

Previously, I was an Experience Design Lead at Airbnb working on Airbnb.org, a platform that connects people to temporary housing during times of need. Before that, I worked at IDEO.org designing financial products in service of poverty alleviation. I’ve also designed consumer products at IDEO, blueprinted new services with public sector clients at GGS, and freelanced for start-ups, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits.

My career has spanned multiple disciplines and sectors, but one of my favorite things I’ve created is a life that embodies my highest values: play, growth, truth, and love. This also manifests as my coaching practice.

Off hours, you’ll likely find me traveling, hiking, surfing, reading, and/or loving hard on my humans.

I’m currently available for freelance work. If you'd like to say hi, collaborate, or tell me about your favorite member of Netflix’s Queer Eye (is it also Jonathan Van Ness?), drop me a note.
